18th Birthday Events – Licenced Security Guards Required at Customer Expense.

Payment of $600 is required to secure the booking within 7 days of receipt of paperwork.

Venue Capacity is 160 Cocktail  120 Formal Sit Down

Bar Personnel – $250 per person which includes ice  6.30pm – 12.30 pm . Customer can provide their own alcohol but Orlando Bar Personnel need to be engaged due to liquor licence.

Beer, Wine & Soft Drink Packages are available.  P.O.A

Finger Food Menu –  Pricing from $28 including GST per person selection of 4 items   (includes napkins and serving staff)
Does not include Tablecloths.

 

Grazing Tables – Pricing from $1400 including GST up to 100 guests (includes plates and napkins)

Buffet Menu –  Pricing from $42 including GST per person selection of 4 meats & 3 salads (includes serving staff )
Does not includeCrockery, Cutlery , Napkins ,Tablecloths and Dessert serving ware.

Spit Menu – Pricing from $44 including GST per person selection of 3 meats and 3 salads (includes cooking staff)
Does not include – Crockery, Cutlery, Napkins, Tablecloths etc..

Ceramic crockery , cutlery and glassware can be provided please enquire regarding prices.

Hire of Equipment, Decorations, DJ, Balloons, Cakes,  Lighting or signage is the responsibility of the hirer to meet at venue for drop off and pick up.
Please note if you are bringing in Confetti Balloons if they are popped inside or outside of the venue you will incur a $200 cleaning fee.

Cost of $50 if customer is not available to meet suppliers on the day.

Venue Hire clean up and pack up can be provided at a cost of $300. Venue to be left in the same condition as hand over or a $500 fee will be charged.

We do not allow outside catering only desserts
